Postage & Delivery
Therapy Tools uses Australia Post for most deliveries. It is important to provide an address for delivery where someone will be able to sign in business hours (8.30am -5.30pm). Unfortunately Australia Post is not able to provide us with an exact delivery time.
All freight charges are determined by the weight of the goods and the destination specified.  For urgent orders or special delivery requests please contact  by phone. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery for orders placed online.
Privacy & Security
Therapy Tools does not pass on to any third parties information collected on this web-site. The web designers have included the most up to date safety features to ensure that your payments are secure.
We will also take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act.
Returns & Replacements
At Therapy Tools if you find a product is faulty or just doesn't suit your purpose then you can return it for a full refund, less postage and packaging within 14 days. To return products simply call us or email us and let us know what is faulty with the product or why is doesn't suit your needs and we will be happy to provide a refund once the product is returned. Your feedback on problems will be appreciated to ensure that no one else has to experience the same problem.
Ordering
If you work for an organisation that requires you to use Purchase Orders to order products simply order you products online and remember to select purchase order when at the check out.  Please note our payment terms are strictly seven days.
New Products
We are constantly looking for new products to help professionals with their therapy.  If you have a product you think we might be interested in (especially if it is developed by an Australian) phone or email us for a discussion about the possibility of distributing your product.
