This app provides a place to list worries, sets a reminder for worry time and then gives the user prompts to work through their worries.  ReachOut WorryTime interrupts this repetitive thinking by setting aside your worries until later, so you don't get caught up in them and can get on with your day.

My only minor issue was that there wasn't much direction about dealing with worries in worry time and moving between worries wasn't completely intuitive (for this Generation X user!).

This means users can deal with worries once a day, rather than carrying them around all day.  Produced in consultation with the Centre for Clinical Interventions, ReachOut WorryTime is based on cognitive behavioural techniques that are used to assist people with anxiety and stress.  Recommended for ages 12 and above.
